1) The matching test block should be well done, and construction can only be carried out when the test block meets the design requirements;
2) Check the corrosion of steel shell, and the steel plate shell surface contacted by castable shall be derusted;
3) Check whether the formwork is firmly supported. The surface of the formwork should be planed and painted with a layer of varnish to prevent the formwork from absorbing water and facilitate mold removal.Formwork joints should be tight and strong enough.
